Customization

Please include the following in your order details

• Quote/Wording
• Base Color (see attached color chart)
• Writing Color (Black, White, Gold, Silver)
• Orientation- Horizontal or Vertical
• Personalization (Lettering style, Layout, etc.)

Shipping

• Processing time is two weeks. This means your order will ship within two weeks of your purchase date.
• All orders are shipped by USPS and shipping time will coincide with the shipping method you choose and USPS' shipping time.

Return Policy

• Since all of our items are custom made to order, all sales are final. If your order is damaged, or you have a problem with your order, please contact me directly and we will find a solution!
• I will not be held responsible for packages lost through postal service.
